Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service govern the conditions, procedures, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and the service provider when using Faceinfo Counseling Center (hereinafter "Service").
Article 2 (Nature of Service)

- The AI face analysis feature of this Service is provided for entertainment and reference purposes only.
- Analysis results do not constitute medical or scientific diagnosis and have no legal effect whatsoever.
- Do not use analysis results as the basis for medical, employment, legal, or any other decisions.
Article 3 (Use of Service)
- The AI analysis feature is available free of charge without registration.
- Users may only upload photos of themselves or photos for which they hold portrait rights.
- Uploading photos of others without their consent is strictly prohibited.
- Uploading photos of minors is prohibited.
- Sharing screenshots of analysis results is permitted for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users must not engage in any of the following activities:
- Crawling or automated bulk requests to the Service
- Any action that places an excessive load on the Service infrastructure
- Unauthorized commercial use of analysis results
- Using analysis results to defame, discriminate against, or incite hatred toward others
- Any act that violates applicable laws and regulations
Article 5 (Changes or Suspension of Service)
The service provider may modify the content of or temporarily suspend the Service due to system maintenance, technical issues, or business decisions. The service provider shall not be liable for any damages caused by service suspension unless due to intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6 (Advertising)
The Service may display advertisements through third-party advertising networks such as Google AdSense. The service provider does not control the advertising content, and responsibility for advertisements lies with the respective advertisers.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The service provider makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or completeness of analysis results.
- The service provider is not liable for any damages incurred by users who rely on analysis results.
- The service provider is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or network failures.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
Article 9 (Amendment of Terms)
The service provider may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended terms will be announced within the Service at least 7 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service after the amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
